Jaydeep Modi

Jaydeep started his career with A. F. Ferguson & Co. (Now part of Deloitte, Haskins & Sells) and started practice in 1987 as a founding partner of the firm. He has experience in Statutory & Internal Audits, Company Law, Foreign Exchange Regulations, Project Finance and Business Consulting. He has also advised on Joint Ventures and foreign technical & financial collaborations, including negotiating Shareholder Agreements. He currently heads the Firm’s Internal Audit Practice which includes multinational clients having diverse business interest in Airlines, Automobile Sales & Service, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, FMCG, Steel and International commodities trading.

Himanshu Chheda

Himanshu is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is in practice since 2002. He is partner with the firm and specializes in corporate taxation and audits. He has experience of advising on listing, valuation and deal structuring for SMEs. He also has extensive experience of advising on structuring, tax planning and compliances under Indian Income-tax laws, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and Audits of Nationalized Banks, Insurance Companies & PSUs. He has been involved in tax advisory services and regularly appears before Assessing Authorities and Commissioner of Income Tax – Appeals.

He has presented papers and led discussions at study circle meetings. He is the Past President of CVO Chartered & Cost Accountants’ Association.

Viral Satra

Viral is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is in practice since 2011. He is partner with the firm and has experience in Foreign Exchange Regulations, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing and Domestic Taxation. He also has experience in Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and Audits of Nationalized Banks, & PSUs.

He has presented papers and led discussions at study circle meetings. He is regularly contributing to Legal Update column of ‘CVO CA’s News & Views’ a monthly publication by CVO Chartered & Cost Accountants’ Association.
